Zevora only collects data that is directly relevant to detecting cheating. We do not sell data, run ads, or share results with anyone outside of the league that requested your scan.

1. Overview

Zevora is a forensic screenshare tool used by competitive Roblox flag football leagues to detect cheating. This privacy policy explains what data is collected when you run the scanner, how it is stored, and who has access to it.

By running the Zevora scanner, you consent to the data collection described in this policy. This consent is explicitly captured through the dual-checkbox agreement in the scanner before any data is collected.

2. What We Collect

When the scanner runs, it reads the following categories of data from your PC:

🎮 Roblox & Game Data

Roblox usernames, user IDs, log files, FastFlag configurations, place IDs from recent sessions, and Bloxstrap/launcher configuration data.

💬 Discord & Communication

Discord account usernames and IDs found in the app cache and browser storage. We do not read message content or DMs.

📂 Execution & File History

Names and paths of recently executed programs (from Prefetch, BAM, AppCompat, ShellBags, and similar Windows forensic artifacts). File hashes and metadata for flagged files.

🖥️ System Information

Operating system version, install date, BIOS date, user account creation date, logon/logoff session history (past 15 days), and drive information.

🌐 Network Information

VPN indicators and network adapter names. Your IP address is collected server-side during submission but is not included in reports visible to agents.

3. How We Use It

Data collected by the scanner is used exclusively to:

Results are not shared with other leagues, third parties, or the public. IP addresses are redacted from all agent-visible reports.

5. Data Storage & Retention

Scan results are stored in a secure PostgreSQL database. Access is restricted to authorized accounts only.

Scan data is retained for as long as it is relevant to league operations. League owners and admins may delete individual scan records at any time. If you believe your scan data should be removed, contact us using the information below.
